"Watakushi no isshou no tada hitotsu no ai" is the complete title of this drawing. *kick DA* It doesn't display Japanese, maybe I'll just put it onto the drawing itself... T_T

As the locket closes, the memories, the feelings, the emotions, the world... Everything is sealed away as it closes its lid... One is too scared of looking back into the past because the pain is still fresh, the hurt is still so real... However, one is even more afraid of letting go of the past, because... Nothing in the world, is more important than what has been sealed behind this lid...

The Japanese means "My life's only love." I was going to use "Aijin", which means Lover, but I just don't feel it's right, it's appropriate, therefore, I'm just going to stick with "ai", or love.

I've tried to do a picture in the Kratos Locket for a very long time and I was never happened with the result. THis is probably the best I've done so far, I had a tremendous amount of fun sketching and hetching the colours in. The colour choice was made to make the drawing look more nostalgic, but a lot of qualities and colours were lost during the scanning. *shake head* Even after using Photoshop for a little adjustment, it just doesn't look like the original. Kratos' hair looks a little blotchy and the bouqet + hedges look... Awfully bright red, which REALLY irked me when I looked at it from the screen. But alas, not much I could do... On top of that, I only had 4 or 5 colours to play with at the time, I just had to deal with it. *shrug* Kept me alive at work though.

I'm thinking of putting this in Scrap... Even though I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out, but it really looked horrible on the screen... -__- And Lloyd looks stupid... Hahaha, that's because I never draw babies. O_o I thought Anna looked cute, even though she might look a little "too young" and "petite", but I promise you, she's most definitely of age. T_T I was going to draw the lid of the locket, but I realised I ran out of space on the paper... (Could you believe I actually did my rough sketch on Water Colour paper? T_T That's because I love the paper's texture and how the pencils run on it... But 90lbs papers are awfully expensive... T_T; Oi, oi, oi... I better pull off some decent drawings with these papers. I'm also considering of doing this in other mediums, such as... Ink it then: Markers, or Markers + Pencils. I haven't decided yet. *shake head* I kind of doubt I'll do it on the computer though... T_T Not good enough. Well, I'll figure it out. Comments are most definitely welcomed!

It looks fine to me, but the way he's dressed.... doesn't seem like he'd wear that, at least I don't imagine him dressing like that.

Fan service, man, FAN SERVICE! *shake fist* XD

Actually, I've always seen him and picture him in something high necked and sleevesless. Since this is supposed to be "casual"-"at-the-end-of-the-day" feel, he could unbutton the neck area and... Maybe pull the shirt out... Who knows...

Hey! Let me have my fun when I'm drawing Kratos! XD I like to draw pretty boys who show that pretty little V-Shape... T_T; It's almost like an obsession. *poke Kratos' tummy* XD

Ah, that's so wonderful, Chiko! The brown hues really do make it feel nostalgic, sort of showing the time that has passed by and in a way, symbolizing that this was a time that has long since ended. Kratos looks great, as does Lloyd. And Anna looks lovely; I love her eyes.

And the title is lovely. It really represents the one thing Kratos truly loved in his life, and truth to be told, Anna and Lloyd ARE his life's only love. *sniffle* Great pic, Chiko!! :D

Thanks. ^^; I thought I would do something different for a change... Instead of just colouring it in normally and change it on Photoshop. T_T; It's not ask much fun. But I think the scanner doesn't pick the strokes up very well... *sigh*

XD; Hahaha... The reason why I picked up a load of Green-EVERYTHING (markers and pencils, I spent HUNDRED of Dollars on Green Copic Markers!) was because I needed them to colour render my Landscape Designs. XD; Hmm... Those damn trees! Maybe I'll upload one of the older ones I did later. XD;

Ack. T_T; Apparently I didn't hit "reply" when the comment went through. But read my other comment! And when you do draw something like that, I would want to see it! (Even though I'm TERRIBLE at commenting... >>;)
